Services paid by Renter: $400 pesos paid to cleaning person once a week. $17. per person, per month, to use the Casa Club/hot tub pools & gym paid to the Club House office. The renter pays for propane gas, paid to the gas company. They accept credit cards. Take a picture of gas dial and refill at the same number when you depart.

This can be used as a bedroom or den. The bed is a futon which can be converted to a bed or couch. There is a minisplit AC and electric heat in both of the bedrooms. There is a large desk for an office upstairs.
