The renter pays for propane gas, paid to the gas company. They accept credit cards. Take a picture of gas dial and refill at the same number when you depart.
Artistically Furnished: fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, car port, garden, grill, terrace, rooftop patio, washer/dryer, fountain. Large master bedroom with a queen. The 2nd bedroom has a smart tv. This can be used as a bedroom or den. The bed is a futon which can be converted to a bed or couch. There is a minisplit AC and electric heat in both of the bedrooms. There is a large desk for an office upstairs.

A shuttle to town is available 5 times a day, if you do not have a car. You can also hire private cars and taxis to take you to town.
